Emergency Authorisation Guidance

The Chemicals Regulation Directorate has kindly issued some early guidance about the application that will need to be submited for an emergency authorisation to use asulam for bracken control in 2013.

Based on the information provided by CRD in an e-mail, a briefing has been produced that can be  downloaded.

The use-up period runs until 31 December 2012, and it is likely that the application will not be submitted until January 2013.
